Nebula has a pretty good comparison about the speed of various mesh VPNs. With the explanation how and what to test, things to keep an eye on and the tests being reproducible this is one of the best comparisons of tech I have seen in a long time.

Also do not evaluate any VPN solution purely on speed. Most of them will most likely be fast enough for most use cases.
